TSA Taekwondo is a Sittingbourne-based Korean martial arts club founded in 2004 by Gary and Lita Foster. Led by Gary Foster, a 6th Degree Black Belt and former British Senior sparring champion, the club offers classes for all ages and abilities at a fully matted dedicated training hall.

Junior Tygers classes cater to children aged 5–8, while Beginners Taekwondo is open to those aged 8 and up through to adults, with Senior Grades sessions for more advanced students. Members can progress through gradings all the way to black belt and beyond, and can choose to enter competitions or simply train for fitness, self-defence and confidence.
