FIGHTFiiT is a personal MMA and combat sports coaching service founded by Greig Stirling, operating in Glasgow and Edinburgh with online coaching available worldwide. Since 2018, FIGHTFiiT has offered individually tailored programs combining Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, and MMA striking and grappling.

Sessions range from 1-on-1 personal training and group combat conditioning classes to an 8-week Fight Camp program covering technique, strength and conditioning, speed, nutrition, and mindset. Suitable for complete beginners through to professional fighters.
