FiitZone is a small, inclusive fitness studio in Brighton & Hove specialising in personalised small-group training. Founded by Tanya Burgess, the studio stands for Fitness Inclusive Interval Training and welcomes all ages, abilities and fitness levels.

Classes are intentionally kept small so every member feels supported and coached — no mirrors, no judgement, just a friendly community and real results. The timetable includes HIIT, boxercise, core, kettlebell, yoga, weights and step classes, all led by certified trainers.

Members also benefit from heart rate monitors on screen, loyalty rewards, a Member of the Month prize, and regular social events.
