Fit 4 Life is a not-for-profit social enterprise and health & rehabilitation gym based in Maryport, Cumbria, specialising in exercise for people with chronic conditions and those aged over 50. Founded in 2004 from the charitable Heart Workshop initiative, the studio offers a safe, friendly and non-intimidating environment led by highly qualified instructors.
Services include cardiac rehabilitation (Heart Workshop), pulmonary workshops (COPD), stroke workshops, cancer rehabilitation (Can B Fit), chair-based exercise, over-50s Health Club sessions, kids' fitness, Vibrogym, and community outreach activities across Maryport, Workington and Whitehaven.
