Fit by Sonic is a South London fitness community offering affordable, fun, and welcoming group exercise classes and personal training. The Saturday morning Boot Camp takes place outdoors at Streatham Common Park, meeting opposite The Rookery Cafe (SW16 3BZ). Classes run from 08:00 to 09:00 and are open to all fitness levels.

The wider Fit by Sonic timetable also includes Zumba, Zumba Gold, Pilates (WillPower Method®), Toning & Conditioning, and one-to-one Personal Training. The team of qualified instructors — including Marina, Liene, Agnieszka, and Sharon — brings over 15 years of collective experience.

All classes are Pay-As-You-Go with loyalty cards and incentives, making them among the most affordable in South London. Booking is managed through GoTeamUp.
