Fitbot is a personal training service based in Lewes, East Sussex, founded by Gyles — a REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer, Boxercise Instructor and Kettlebell Instructor with a passion for endurance sport. Training is available one-to-one or in pairs, held at the SoulFit private studio or outdoors.

Sessions are tailored to each client's goals, whether that's weight loss, toning, injury rehabilitation, sports-specific conditioning or simply the joy of movement — with an approach built on encouragement, variety and lasting change.
