Forrest Boxing is a fully kitted-out professional boxing gym in Peacehaven, welcoming all fitness and experience levels. Led by coach Liam Forrest, the gym offers a range of classes including mixed boxing (age 13+), women's boxing, kids boxing, 1-on-1 sessions and small group classes.
Sessions focus on improving fitness and boxing technique through pad work, drills, circuit training and full-body workouts — delivering fat loss, muscle toning, improved endurance and self-defence skills.
