Born during the lockdown of 2020 in a car park next to their original studio, FitMob Rugby offers a unique circuit-based workout experience in Brownsover, Rugby.

The studio has since grown to include Reformer Pilates (1:1 and 2:1 sessions), group FitMob classes, The Kitchen (personalised training sessions available Monday to Friday 6am–9pm), pre- and postnatal fitness, and Fitmom classes for mums.

Winner of the 2023 Best Fitness Instructor award, FitMob prides itself on a welcoming community atmosphere where all abilities are catered for and no two sessions are the same.
