FitWell Studios is a friendly boutique movement and wellness studio located in the heart of Croxley Green, Hertfordshire, at The Green Space. The studio offers a wide range of classes for all fitness levels, including Reformer and Cadillac Pilates (group, solo, duo and trio), Mat Pilates, Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga, Ballet, Barre, Dance, Strength Training and Personal Training.

FitWell also has a dedicated Natal division — The Baby Space — with over a decade of specialist experience in pregnancy, birth confidence, postnatal wellbeing, baby massage and baby yoga. Exercise for clinical conditions, Parkinson's Power classes, Cancer Rehab and athletic conditioning for specific sports (golf, running, cycling) are also offered.

Classes can be attended in studio or enjoyed online via Zoom or an extensive on-demand library of over 130 videos. The studio shares The Green Space with The Green Stores, a sustainable zero-waste refill shop, and together they support community projects with a sustainable ethos.
