Flexe Pilates is Portishead's first professionally equipped Reformer and Tower Pilates studio, offering group classes, private 1:1 and 2:1 sessions tailored to all levels and abilities. Classes run from 7am to 7:30pm daily and range from foundational FORM sessions for beginners through to dynamic FLOW, FUSION, EQUIPMENT, and JUMPBOARD classes for more advanced practitioners.
