Forest Fighting Fit is a registered charity and community combat sports gym based in Parkend, Lydney, offering a diverse range of classes including kickboxing, boxing, Thai boxing, Aiki Ju-Jitsu, tai chi, and dance and movement sessions.

Founded around 2014/2015, the club is inclusive and welcoming to all ages and abilities — with dedicated sessions for juniors, seniors, ladies, adults with disabilities, and men's health training. Head Coach Michelle brings over 25 years of experience across multiple fighting styles, and the club prides itself on creating safe, accessible spaces for the whole community.
