Formula Fitness is a personal training and fitness class studio based in Send, Surrey, serving Guildford, Woking, Ripley and surrounding areas. Led by Caroline Crowe, the studio offers one-to-one and pairs personal training, pregnancy and postnatal exercise programmes, Pilates matwork and reformer, Zumba, Aqua Zumba, Aqua Fitness, and online coaching.
With over 20 years of group exercise teaching experience, Caroline provides safe, effective and fun training tailored to each client's goals — whether that's staying active through pregnancy, returning to fitness post-birth, or navigating life's changes.
