Horsley Pilates is a boutique Body Control Pilates studio founded by Lyane, offering small group mat classes and personalised 1:1 sessions. Classes are held in a garden studio in East Horsley (max 8 clients) and at The Drift Golf Club (up to 12 clients).
The studio specialises in bone health, Parkinson's and scoliosis, and uses equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac and Chair for private sessions. All teachers are trained to the highest standard in the Body Control Pilates method, Europe's largest professional Pilates association.
