Forty Five Pilates is a boutique reformer Pilates studio set in a stunning Grade I listed building overlooking Exeter Cathedral. The studio offers instructor-led group Reformer Pilates classes as well as flexible on-demand self-led sessions on screen.
With two qualified instructors — Sam and Tanya — classes focus on alignment, control, and mindful movement, helping clients build strength, balance, and confidence. The studio also offers orientation sessions for new members and community classes available for a minimum £5 donation.
