FOUND mind & body

FOUND is a women's strength training gym in Nine Elms, London, founded by personal trainer and psychotherapist Nikkita Hope-Brown. The studio offers small-group and one-to-one training in an intentionally safe and serene environment, focused on delivering real results without burnout.

Classes combine strength training, psychology-infused coaching, and nervous system regulation techniques. Sessions are capped at 5 people per group class, ensuring a personalised experience.

The studio's three signature formats — Signature Strength, Infrared Mobility, and Hybrid — are designed specifically for women and integrate red-light therapy for faster recovery and improved wellbeing.
