Freestyle Martial Arts Banbury is a contemporary blend of four leading traditional martial art styles — Karate, Taekwondo, Kung-Fu, and Kickboxing. Classes run for children (ages 7+) and adults, with a focus on building confidence, self-esteem, discipline, and concentration alongside fitness, strength, flexibility, and self-defence skills.

All instructors are fully qualified, DBS and Safeguarding Code certified, insured, and first-aid trained. Classes are held at Banbury College on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday evenings.
