Freestyle Martial Arts Bicester is a contemporary blend of four leading traditional martial art styles — Karate, Taekwondo, Kung-Fu, and Kickboxing.
The club offers dedicated classes for children and adults (ages 7 and up) looking to improve confidence, self-esteem, discipline, and concentration, while also developing fitness, strength, flexibility, coordination, and self-control. Classes also cover personal safety training and self-defence.
All instructors are fully qualified, DBS certified, Safeguarding Code certified, fully insured, and first aid trained.
