Fun Fabulous Fitness is a friendly, inclusive fitness and yoga studio run by Karen, offering a variety of classes at Gedney Dyke Village Hall. With 28 years of experience, Karen creates a warm, welcoming environment full of banter and laughter — without mirrors — to encourage people of all ages, sizes, genders and abilities.

Classes include Hatha Yoga Flow, Gentle Yoga, Total Body Conditioning, Zenga, Baby Yoga, Giggle & Wiggle, Step & Tone, and Fitness Yoga. Many classes are also available on Zoom.
