Gaea Shakti Yoga & Fitness is a boutique yoga studio based in the Surrey area, led by instructor Mirella. Practising since 2014, Mirella offers a holistic approach to movement and wellness, including yoga, Yoga Nidra, Animal Flow, and personal training (Level 3 PT qualified). Classes are held at Kingswood Golf Club in Tadworth.

She also holds a qualification in Ayurveda and collaborates with nutritional therapist Eva Escofet on the EverNutri® supplement line.
