Get Hyped is a dedicated full-time martial arts and fitness studio in Frinton-on-Sea, established in 2015. Specialising in K1 Kickboxing for all ages — from Ninja Academy (4–7 yrs) through to adult classes — the academy prides itself on age-specific curricula, low coach-to-student ratios, and a welcoming, ego-free environment.
Coaches are fully qualified (minimum Level 2), DBS-checked, first-aid and safeguarding certified. Classes cover pad and bag work, ring craft, Dutch drilling, and clinch, with optional sparring and competition pathways available.
