Give Me Strength is a strength and conditioning gym in Lightwater, Surrey, led by Alan Hughes, a UKSCA-accredited strength and conditioning coach.

Every client is treated as an elite athlete, with evidence-based sports science applied to programmes covering personal training, Olympic lifting, strength and conditioning, female-specific training, youth athletic development, postural and mobility training, and padwork.

Sessions include biomechanical assessment, data analysis, and individually tailored programme development and evaluation.
