GMFiT is a coach-led fitness studio based in Tongham, Farnham, offering small group training, hybrid classes, and personal training. Every session is structured and fully coached, following a Hybrid training approach that combines strength and conditioning.
Small group training (Blitz-FiT) runs in groups of up to 4 for a near-personal-training experience, while Hybrid classes cover strength focus, conditioning focus, and mixed formats. All levels are welcome.
