Go Ju Ryu Karate Jitsu is Hertfordshire's longest-established martial arts club, training in Great Gaddesden near Hemel Hempstead since 1976. Led by 8th Dan Senior Instructor Tom Hill, the club teaches Goju Karate as a blend of traditional Oriental and modern Western martial arts, with a strong focus on effective self-defence, fitness, and personal development.

Adult classes run on Monday and Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings, welcoming complete beginners through to experienced practitioners of any grade or style.
