GoodGym Newham is a community fitness group where friendly local residents get fit by doing good — running, walking or cycling to community projects across Newham to dig gardens, paint walls, pick litter, plant bulbs and much more. Group sessions take place on Tuesday evenings between 7 and 8.15pm, led by trained volunteer fitness leaders.

All abilities are welcome, and participants can meet at the task location if preferred. GoodGym also organises missions and social visits to support isolated older people.
