DASH Sprint Club is an outdoor sprint and running club based at Paddington Recreation Ground in Maida Vale, London. Founded by ex-400m track athlete Sarada Ochen, DASH re-educates the basic skills of running — teaching speed, stamina and strength through expert running drills and techniques.
Classes are designed and coached by professional track athletes and are open to all levels, from complete beginners to competitive athletes. Sessions include the DASH Distance class (Tuesday evenings, focused on endurance and pace) and DASH Pure Sprint (Saturday mornings, focused on sprint technique).
Personal 1-2-1 coaching and online coaching programmes are also available worldwide.
