Classes run on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings in Omagh (at the MACCA Centre and Omagh Leisure Complex), and Thursday evenings at Dungannon Leisure Centre. No karate suit is required — comfortable clothing is fine — and the first class in Omagh is free for new students.
The curriculum covers basics through to advanced level, with benefits including fitness, self-defence, mental wellbeing and confidence.
