Guardians Studios is a premium fitness and wellness brand founded by Sam and Neil, with over 20 years of combined personal training experience. Born from outdoor sessions at Hampstead Heath, the brand has grown into two distinct London locations.

The Hampstead studio is a full wellness destination offering personal training, Pilates (reformer, mat, pre & post natal), yoga, massage, physiotherapy, red light sauna and cold plunge therapy.

The Camden studio, set within The Stables Market, focuses on high-energy group fitness, personal training and post-natal mother & baby classes — all with small class sizes and expert-led coaching.
