Gymophobics is a ladies-only health and fitness franchise that has helped over 250,000 UK women achieve their goals. Built around the trademarked Resisted Tension (RT) programme — which integrates isometric muscle contractions with resistance exercise — the centres feature no treadmills, weights or mirrors.
Qualified instructors accompany members throughout every pre-booked session, offering personalised programmes, support and encouragement. Digital classes filmed by founder Donna Hubbard are also available on-site, ranging from 5-minute blasts to 30-minute sessions.
