Zest Fitness Berkshire is a private boutique fitness and wellness studio founded in 2010 by qualified personal trainer Zoë.
Based at Zest Studios in Berkshire, the studio offers a wide variety of live face-to-face classes — including Clubbercise, Body Sculpt, Strength & Burn, Strength Circuits, Kettlercise, Combat, Bootcamp, Yoga, and more — as well as an On Demand library of pre-recorded workouts, recipes and technique videos. Personal training is available as 1:1, buddy or small group sessions.
The team's ethos is 'fitness with a smile', making exercise fun and accessible for all fitness levels and abilities.
