Gymophobics Clacton-On-Sea is a ladies-only health and fitness centre offering a supportive, non-intimidating environment for women of all ages — from teens to 70+. The centre is built around Gymophobics' trademarked Resisted Tension (RT) programme, which integrates isometric muscle contractions with resistance exercise on specialist machines.

There are no treadmills, weights or mirrors; instead, qualified instructors are with you throughout every session, providing personalised guidance and encouragement. Digital classes filmed by founder Donna Hubbard are also available as a complement to gym sessions. New members can start with a free guest visit.
