The Ironworks Gym is Clacton's longest-running gym, first opened in 2009 and now independently female-owned. The gym prides itself on a welcoming, family community feel where members of all levels can achieve their fitness goals. Staff actively support members in building strength, health and wellbeing, with personal training and nutritional coaching also available on-site.
