Gymophobics Kidderminster is a ladies-only health and fitness centre that opened in February 2015, owned by Laura. Part of the UK-wide Gymophobics franchise, the centre offers a supportive, non-intimidating environment for women of all ages — from teens to 70+.
Workouts are based on the brand's trademarked Resisted Tension (RT) programme, which combines isometric muscle contractions with resistance exercise on specially designed machines. There are no treadmills, weights or mirrors. Qualified instructors accompany members throughout every session, offering personalised guidance.
Digital classes filmed by founder Donna Hubbard are also available on-screen during visits. New members can start with a free guest visit.
