Gymophobics Kidderminster

Gymophobics Kidderminster is a ladies-only health and fitness centre that opened in February 2015, owned by Laura. The studio offers a unique, non-intimidating environment with no treadmills, weights or mirrors — instead using the brand's trademarked Resisted Tension (RT) programme, which combines isometric muscle contractions with resistance exercise.

Qualified instructors are present throughout every session, providing personalised guidance and encouragement. The centre welcomes women of all ages, from teens to seventy-plus, and focuses on improving overall wellbeing — physically and mentally — whether members want to lose weight, boost mental health, improve mobility or simply feel better.

Digital classes filmed by founder Donna Hubbard are also available as an add-on to gym sessions.
