In 2 Shape Gym is a family-owned, independent premium gym located on Wilden Lane between Kidderminster and Stourport-on-Severn. With a capped membership to guarantee a non-crowded environment, every piece of equipment has been hand-selected for quality and efficacy.
The facility features a HIIT cardio suite, dedicated functional space, a specialist studio, a world-class strength and conditioning area, private bathrooms, and a lounge area. Members benefit from on-site qualified personal trainers, trained nutritionists, small group training (capped at 9 per session), 1-1 personal training, and a 6-week body transformation challenge.
In 2 Shape also offers personal training education courses, making it the only PT course provider in the Wyre Forest.
