Gymophobics Redditch is a ladies-only health and fitness centre that has been welcoming women of all ages since October 2007. The centre uses Gymophobics' trademarked Resisted Tension (RT) programme — a unique combination of isometric muscle contractions and resistance exercise performed on specialist machines, with no treadmills, weights or mirrors.
Personalised, instructor-led sessions in a warm, non-intimidating environment support members with weight loss, mental wellbeing, improved mobility and overall fitness. Digital classes filmed by founder Donna Hubbard are also available on-screen after gym sessions. New members can start with a free guest visit.
