Valhalla Gym is Redditch's best independent gym — a fully equipped, welcoming community where everyone, regardless of size, shape or fitness level, feels at home.

Founded by Mike and Cory, the gym grew from humble beginnings in a lockdown 'Rocky shed' into a proper space featuring free weights, resistance machines, cardio equipment, and over 60 square metres of AstroTurf for HIIT and functional training. Classes include Spin, Ladies Only, Box-Fit, and Circuits. No ego, no intimidation — just results.
