Gymophobics Sutton Coldfield (South) is a ladies-only health and fitness centre that opened in May 2017, owned by Joanna. The centre offers a unique, non-intimidating environment with no treadmills, weights or mirrors, built around the trademarked Resisted Tension (RT) programme — a system combining isometric muscle contractions with resistance exercise.

Personalised guidance from caring coaches, digital classes, and a warm community atmosphere make it welcoming for women of all ages, from teens to 70+. Members can also enjoy digital classes filmed by founder Donna Hubbard, ranging from 5-minute blasts to 30-minute sessions.
