Unique1 Health & Fitness is a no-contract, no-joining-fee gym in Sutton Coldfield spanning over 4,800 sq ft. The gym focuses on delivering a results-driven environment by stripping away non-essential facilities like saunas and steam rooms in favour of extra cardiovascular and strength equipment.

The CV suite features world-leading brands including Precor, Concept II and TechnoGym, while the free weights section offers over 2 tonnes of plate-loaded weights ranging from 2.5 kg to 50 kg. Personal training is available on site, and members can also use the on-site supplement bar for pre- and post-workout nutrition.
