GYMPODS Dalston offers thirteen fully private, self-contained gym PODs in the heart of Dalston Square, above Dalston Junction. Each POD is exclusively yours for your session — no open floor, no queue for the squat rack, no one else in the space. Choose from Strength PODs, Power PODs, and Cardio options including bike, treadmill and StairMaster.

Personal trainers, coaches and therapists also operate from the facility. Bookable via the GYMPODS app, ClassPass, or Wellhub.
