Harewood Holistics is a boutique wellness studio set within the historic Grade II listed Arch Barn on the Harewood Estate, between Leeds and Harrogate. The studio offers weekly yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative), Pilates and Tai Chi classes for all levels, alongside holistic treatments including massage, facials, reflexology and Reiki.

Guests can also enjoy immersive retreats, sound and restorative immersions, Moon & Cacao ceremonies, CPD workshops, and yoga teacher training programmes (200-hr Vinyasa, 50-hr Yin) delivered by experienced teachers including Adam Husler and Holly Husler.

Set in the peaceful Yorkshire countryside, the studio combines exposed beams, slate walls and nature-inspired interiors to create a serene environment for movement, rest and restoration.
