HD Dance Studios is a vibrant, inclusive dance school in Bristol founded by Miss Harriet, whose own experience with ADHD inspired a compassionate and creative approach to teaching. Operating from purpose-built studios, HDDS offers ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary and more for all ages and abilities.
Beyond weekly classes, the school runs an auditioned HD Dance Company, a Competition Team, children's dance parties, hen parties, and first dance packages. The school is proud to be an I-PATH accredited school and also delivers dance sessions in nurseries, schools and care homes.
The studios additionally host HD Reform (self-guided Reformer Pilates), Aiden Page Choreography, and Counterpose Yoga.
