Helen Roscoe Yoga offers creative, compassionate, and adaptable yoga classes for all levels in Marple, Stockport. With over 20 years of personal practice, Helen teaches a range of group classes including general yoga, pregnancy yoga, and postnatal yoga with babies, as well as one-to-one sessions.
Her approach blends functional movement, breathwork, meditation, and deep relaxation, drawing inspiration from nature, creativity, and yoga philosophy. Classes are held at Marple GirlGuiding HQ and Studio 7, Marple House, with events and retreats also available throughout the year.
