Hertfordshire Boxing Laboratory is an England Boxing-affiliated amateur boxing club and fitness facility based at the North Mymms Youth and Community Centre in Welham Green, Hatfield.

Founded and led by head coach Andy Hojdys — a Level 3 England Boxing coach, licensed British Boxing Board of Control coach, personal trainer, and former professional boxer with 34 years of experience — the club offers Olympic-style boxing for all ages and abilities. Classes are available for adults and those aged 16+, children, and dedicated competitive boxers aged 16–40.

Personal training is available one-to-one or in small groups, either at the gym or at a location of your choice. The club emphasises technique, safety, and an encouraging environment, and expressly does not participate in unregulated White Collar Boxing.
