Round 1 Boxing Academy offers non-contact boxing classes for children aged 7–15 in St. Albans, Hertfordshire. Sessions focus on speed, strength, agility and teamwork through drills, pad work and circuit training, all delivered in a high-tempo, fun and supportive environment.
The academy aims to build confidence, discipline, respect and fitness while fostering camaraderie among its young members. Classes run across three local venues on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.
