Himalaya Yoga Valley, now operating as ālaya wellbeing, is a Cork-based yoga and Pilates school rooted in a Himalayan lineage carried by founder Yogacharya Lalit Kumar. With three studios in Cork (City Centre on South Mall, Carrigaline and Ballincollig), it offers yoga and Reformer and Mat Pilates for all levels, from curious beginners to experienced practitioners.

Classes are available in the studios, live online and on demand. The school also runs Yoga Alliance accredited 200-hour and 300-hour teacher trainings (in Ireland, Goa and online), retreats and immersions, and short courses in anatomy, philosophy, chair yoga and meditation and pranayama.

With 50+ teachers and 6,000+ graduates, it blends traditional practice with modern accessibility and a strong community focus.
