The Yoga Tree is a Cork-based yoga studio founded by Hazel, offering small in-studio classes at Oriel House in Ballincollig and at Cork Con in Douglas, alongside beach yoga, retreats and corporate wellbeing sessions.

The weekly timetable covers Prenatal, Mum & Baby, Hatha, Sculpt, Vinyasa Flow (intermediate) and Beginner/Improvers classes, with spaces kept limited and booked by message.

Beyond the studio, The Yoga Tree Community app gives unlimited access to a library of over 500 themed yoga classes (from 5 minutes to an hour), a meditation library, healthy recipes, self-care tips and wellbeing talks for €12.99 a month. The studio also runs luxury yoga retreats and sells its own artist-designed yoga mats.
