Horsman PT & Therapy is run by Steve Horsman, an experienced personal trainer and sports therapist based in Harrogate with over 20 years in the fitness industry. Steve offers bespoke one-to-one personal training, sports massage and soft tissue therapy, corrective exercise, and online coaching tailored to each client's goals.
Specialising in strength training, muscle building, fat loss nutrition, and injury rehabilitation — including lower back pain and postural imbalances — Steve's friendly, varied approach keeps clients motivated for the long term. Free initial consultations are available.
