Hot Curl is Liverpool's feel-good reformer Pilates studio with two locations — Kirkby and Huyton. Classes focus on core strength, alignment and controlled movement to enhance posture, balance and co-ordination, all wrapped in a welcoming, zero-intimidation atmosphere complete with disco lights and killer playlists. A brand-new infrared hot room is also coming soon.
