Hot Yoga Dublin is a boutique yoga and Pilates studio in Northern Cross, Dublin 17, set up as a tranquil urban retreat. It offers hot yoga, mat Pilates and reformer Pilates in separate studios, plus an Earth Studio for yoga next door. The studios have thermostatically controlled underfloor heating and a ventilation system that changes the air every two minutes.

Classes cover all levels, with pre- and post-natal yoga and Pilates, over-65s reformer and chair yoga, yin and sound bath sessions. The studio also runs workshops, a 200-hour teacher training, a therapy room and retreats in Italy and Ireland. Members can book through the studio's app or practise online with the on-demand library.
