Hotpod Yoga Loughborough is a hot yoga studio set inside a striking church building just off the high street, featuring tall ceilings and stained glass. Classes take place inside signature inflatable pods heated to 37°C, with low lighting, calming scents and relaxing beats for a fully immersive experience.

The studio offers a range of flows — including Hotpod Flow, Nurturing Flow and Foundation Flow — designed to build strength, improve mobility, aid recovery and support mental wellbeing. All levels are welcome, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.
