Kitty Yoga London combines mindful yoga flow with the joy of kitten therapy. Each 1-hour session includes 40 minutes of yoga with kittens roaming freely, followed by 20 minutes of kitten play and cuddles. Classes are open to all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis, with an emphasis on breathwork, meditation, and movement to support physical and mental well-being.
